Exchange Policy

At Encourage, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Required Video for Exchanges – Open Product Package: Create a video when you open the product packing and submit this video at our WhatsApp or Email ID for exchange.
  • Original Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

We do not offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
  • Size issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind or personal dislike
  • Late reporting (after 48 hours from delivery)
  • Unavailable for video verification

Important Notes

  • The replacement will be sent for the same product and size only (subject to availability).
  • In case the product is out of stock, a store credit may be issued.
  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the above conditions are not met.
