Exchange Policy

At Encourage, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will be accepted only under the following conditions:

Required Video for Exchanges open Product Package

  • create video when you open product packing and submit this video at our WhatsApp or email id for exchange the product.

Original Condition

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.


Non-Exchangeable Conditions

We do not offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Minor color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Size issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)

  • Change of mind or personal dislike

  • Late reporting (after 48 hours from delivery)

  • Unavailable for video verification


Important Notes

  • The replacement will be sent for the same product and size only (subject to availability).

  • In case the product is out of stock, a store credit may be issued.

  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the above conditions are not met.
